To provide you the best shopping experience, we offer several shipping options worldwide. There might be restrictions on some products that cannot be shipped to international destinations. If we cannot process your order online, please contact us for further assistance.
Lunar New Year Shipping Notice
Our office will be closed between JAN.22nd to JAN. 29th. All orders received within this period will be processed following a queue when normal operations resume on Thursday JAN. 30th. 10~12 day delays of processing and delivery is expected due to higher order volumes. We recommend choosing Express or Expedited Shipping for quicker delivery with real-time tracking during this time.
Shipping Options
All orders are shipped directly to your location. Orders received by noon (GMT+8 ) on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) are packed and shipped the next day. Items ordered after noon (GMT+8 ) will ship the following business day. All orders will be processed within 48 hours.
We currently offer three shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Order is delivered to the shipping address between 10~40 calendar days after processing.
- Express Shipping: Order is delivered to the shipping address between 5~16 calendar days after processing. For orders placed during the weekend, allow 1 business day processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Order is delivered to the shipping address between 2~7 calendar days after processing. For orders placed during the weekend, allow 1 business day processing. Orders placed after noon (GMT+8 ) will ship the following business day.
Delivery
Customers are responsible to fill out delivery address correctly at time of ordering. We are not obligated to resend an order to correct address.
All orders are processed within 48 hours, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. We will contact the courier service to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. If an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
The estimated delivery day is based on the processing time, shipping option and when the cleared payment is received. In certain cases, the estimated delivery date may vary.

Please note due to destination tracking limitations, Standard Shipping to Australia, Netherlands, Italy, Russia, Denmark, South Africa, United Kingdom and South Korea have limited tracking services. We provide tracking data for all parcels prior to Taiwan departure. Delivery confirmation will be updated when the package is successfully delivered by local postal carrier. We recommend choosing Express or Expedited Shipping for quicker delivery with real-time tracking.

International Buyers
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the shipping company or when you pick up the item.
