Middle East Shipping Alert
Due to ongoing regional conflict and widespread service disruptions affecting airspace and shipping routes across the Middle East, we have temporarily suspended shipments to the following destinations until further notice: Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.
Shipments going to Europe may experience extended transit times due to carrier rerouting and airspace disruptions.
United States Shipping & Import Duties
Under current U.S. import regulations (Feb 26th, 2026), duties and taxes apply to all shipments. These fees are calculated and collected at checkout to ensure seamless delivery.
Global Shipping
We offer FREE Global Standard Shipping on orders over $150 USD. Destinations/ product restriction may vary, oversize and heavy items are not eligible, availability at checkout.
All orders are shipped from Taiwan. Orders received by noon (GMT+8) on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) are packed and shipped the next day. Items ordered after noon (GMT+8) will ship the following business day. We make every effort to fill and ship all orders within 48 hours. There are times due to the volume that this can take longer. We do ship within 2-5 days on all orders.
We offer three shipping options:
- Global Standard: Order is delivered between 10~15 calendar days after processing. Prices starts at $25 USD.
- Global Economy: Order is delivered between 7~10 calendar days after processing. Prices starts at $30 USD.
- Global Express: Order is delivered between 3~7 calendar days after processing. Prices starts at $45 USD.
- Oversize or heavy item(s) requires special handling can only be shipped via flat rate shipping.
Note: Delivery times to remote areas may vary slightly due to carrier routing and local handling.
For orders placed during the weekend, allow 1 business day processing. Orders placed after noon (GMT+8) will ship the following business day. Items that require special handling and can only be shipped via flat rate shipping. If your order contains product with special shipping and handling, shipping costs will automatically combine at checkout.
Digital Downloads
There are no shipping charges for digital downloads. You will get a direct download instantly after checkout and an emailed link. Automatic link updates are send to you when updates are available.
Custom, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the shipping company or when you pick up the item. We will not issue any refunds if buyers failed to pay customs, duties or taxes imposed by your country. Delivery
Customers are responsible to fill out delivery address correctly at time of ordering. We are not obligated to resend an order to correct address.
Orders are normally filled and shipped within 48 hours, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. We will contact the courier service to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. If an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
The estimated delivery day is based on the processing time, shipping option and when the cleared payment is received. In certain cases, the estimated delivery date may vary.

Please note due to destination tracking limitations, Global Flat Rate Standard to Australia, Netherlands, Italy, Russia, South Africa, United Kingdom and South Korea have limited tracking services. We provide tracking data for all parcels prior to Taiwan departure. Delivery confirmation will be updated when the package is successfully delivered by local postal carrier. We recommend choosing Global Flat Rate Express or Global Flat Rate Expedited for quicker delivery with real-time tracking.
