Global Shipping Rates & Options

All orders are shipped from Taiwan. We make every effort to pack and ship orders within 48 hours, though processing may take 2–5 business days during high-volume periods.

  • FREE Global Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $150 USD. (Note: Destinations and product restrictions apply; oversize and heavy items are not eligible. Availability confirmed at checkout.)
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Global Express: 3–7 days (Starts at $45 USD)
    • Global Economy: 7–10 days (Starts at $30 USD)
    • Global Standard: 10–15 days (Starts at $25 USD)
  • Special Handling: Oversize or heavy items are restricted to Standard Shipping only. Delivery times to remote areas may vary based on carrier routing.
  • Processing Schedule: Orders received after 12:00 PM (GMT+8) or during the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International Orders (Excluding USA)

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing.

  • Failure to Pay: Ivan Leathercraft will not issue refunds if a buyer fails to pay customs fees.
  • Abandoned/Returned Shipments: If a shipment is returned to us due to unpaid fees, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs plus a $20 USD handling and restocking fee.
United States Orders
  • Under current U.S. regulations (as of Feb 2026), duties and taxes apply to all shipments. For your convenience, these are currently processed as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid); fees are calculated and collected at checkout to ensure seamless delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of the products we sell. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, Ivan Leathercraft Co., Ltd. offers a refund provided the product is returned at the customer’s expense in "As-New" condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Conditions & Exclusions
  • "As-New" Requirement: Items must be unused and in their original, unopened, and pristine packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance.
  • RMA Required: You must contact us via email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping items back. Unauthorized returns will be rejected at the delivery point.
Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following, unless they arrived damaged or defective:

  • Leather Articles: Including hides, strips, and kits. Once leather has been cut, marked, or dyed, it is strictly non-returnable.
  • Chemicals & Media: Liquids, dyes, adhesives, books, and digital downloads.
  • Specials: Clearance ("Last Call") items and Custom/Special orders.
  • Third-Party Purchases: Items purchased through a reseller must be returned to that specific location.
Refunds & Abandoned Shipments
  • Approval: Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The Company reserves sole discretion in determining the validity of a claim. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Abandoned Shipments: Failure to pay customs, duties, or taxes resulting in a return-to-sender is not an authorized return. No refunds will be issued. The customer remains responsible for all original shipping, return transit costs, any unpaid taxes, and a $20 USD handling and restocking fee.

Order Processing, Changes & Cancellation

To ensure the fastest possible shipping, orders are processed immediately.

  • Finality: Once an order is placed, no changes, consolidations, or cancellations can be made. Please verify your cart and details carefully before checking out.
  • Additional Items: If you need more items, please place a new order.
  • Urgent Requests: While you may contact us for urgent requests, changes to orders already in processing are not guaranteed.
Digital Downloads

There are no shipping charges for digital products. You will receive a direct download link instantly after checkout, along with an emailed backup link. Automatic updates will be sent to you whenever a new version of your digital product is available.

Delivery & Address Responsibility
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address at the time of purchase. Ivan Leathercraft is not obligated to resend an order if it was sent to an incorrectly provided address.
  • Shipping Timelines: Orders are normally filled within 48 hours. While we strive for speed, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Late delivery by a carrier does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle the buyer to a cancellation or refund.
  • Lost in Transit: It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive. We will contact the courier to investigate. If an item is confirmed lost, replacement items will be dispatched at our sole discretion.

Tracking & Estimates

Estimated delivery days are based on processing time, your chosen shipping option, and the time payment is cleared. In certain cases, such as customs inspections or extreme weather, the estimated delivery date may vary.
